Shipping policy
All orders are processes within 24 – 48 working hours once the order has been placed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All UK deliveries will be shipped using Royal Mail. Our shipping options are standard (within 2 – 4 working days) and express (next working day). If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email at info@lottiedesvoeux.com.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lottie Des Voeux is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lottie Des Voeux is not responsible for any packages damaged or lost during shipment or delivery. If you believe your order is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact the courier to file a claim.
