Orders & Shipping

  1. How can I place an order? You can place an order by selecting the items you want to purchase, adding them to your cart, and completing the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
  2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.
  3. How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.
  4. How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard domestic and European shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. International shipping takes 5 - 7 business days. 
  5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply.  Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred must be paid by the recipient to ensure successful delivery of your order.
  6. My package says 'delivered' but it is not here? Please reach out to your shipping courier if you are having issues receiving your package. Once the package leaves our facility, Lottie Des Voeux is not responsible for lost/ stolen items. If you need to change your address, please email us at info@lottiedesvoeux.com immediately before the item ships. Once the item ships, it is out of our control. 

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To return an item, contact us at info@lottiedesvoeux.com to initiate a return. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
  2. Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
  3. Can I exchange an item? We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  4. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Products & Sizing

  1. How do I know what size to order? Please refer to our Size Guide available on the product page for measurements and sizing recommendations. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@lottiedesvoeux.com. Please note, some of our styles run small, and where applicable this will be noted on the product page. If you have any questions about sizing or any other concerns please reach out to us before purchasing at: info@lottiedesvoeux.com.
  2. Are the colours of the products accurate? We strive to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, the actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
  3. How should I care for my clothing? Each garment is handmade and delicate. We recommend you hand wash or dry clean to ensure best results for longevity. Specific care instructions per style can be found on the label inside each garment.
  4. What materials are your clothes made from? Our products are made from a variety of materials, which are listed on each product page. If you have specific material preferences or allergies, please check the product details carefully.
  5. Do you restock sold-out items? Some of our popular items may be restocked. To stay informed, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or subscribe to our newsletter.
